Olympian Labs Omega 3 Fish Oils are obtained from cold, deep water fish that provide more of the Omega 3 factors than other fish. These essential fatty acids (EFA) have an effect on a variety of disorders including the treatment and prevention of coronary artery disease and lowering cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Because EFA's are found in high concentrations in the brain, they are essential for nerve conduction and brain function. A deficiency in EFA’s may impair learning ability and memory.
